# TitanByteNetwork — Legal Documentation

1.1 Data Collection: TitanByteNetwork collects personal data (name, email, phone, company details) solely for the purpose of delivering requested technology services and maintaining business communication.

1.2 Data Usage: Personal information is processed under the legal basis of contract performance (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Data is used exclusively for service delivery, invoicing, and technical support.

1.3 Data Retention: Client data is retained for the duration of the business relationship plus 6 years, as required by Spanish commercial law. Project-related data is retained for 2 years post-completion.

1.4 Third-Party Sharing: TitanByteNetwork does not sell or rent personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with hosting providers, payment processors, or cloud infrastructure providers strictly for service execution purposes.

1.5 Data Security: All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). Access controls follow the principle of least privilege. Regular security audits are conducted.

1.6 Your Rights: Under GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, port data, and object to processing. Contact [email protected] to exercise these rights.

2.1 Service Scope: TitanByteNetwork provides technology services including legacy system modernization, database migrations, DevOps pipeline deployment, server infrastructure hardening, cloud migration, container orchestration, security audits, and monitoring setup.

2.2 Project Execution: All services are delivered based on the agreed scope defined in the project proposal. Changes to scope require written approval and may incur additional costs.

2.3 Payment Terms: Invoices are payable within 30 days of issue. Late payments incur a 1.5% monthly interest rate. Projects may be paused for invoices overdue by more than 45 days.

2.4 Intellectual Property: Upon full payment, all custom code, configurations, and documentation developed specifically for the client are transferred to the client. Pre-existing tools and frameworks remain property of TitanByteNetwork.

2.5 Confidentiality: Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the engagement. This obligation survives termination for 3 years.

2.6 Limitation of Liability: TitanByteNetwork's liability is limited to the total value of the project. We are not liable for indirect damages, data loss due to client actions, or third-party service outages.

3.1 Essential Cookies: TitanByteNetwork uses strictly necessary cookies to ensure website functionality, including session management and security tokens. These cookies do not require consent.

3.2 Analytics Cookies: We may use privacy-respecting analytics to understand site usage patterns. No personally identifiable information is collected through analytics cookies.

3.3 Cookie Consent: Upon first visit, users are presented with a cookie consent banner. Only essential cookies are active by default. Analytics cookies are only enabled with explicit user consent.

3.4 Managing Cookies: Users can manage cookie preferences through browser settings. Disabling essential cookies may affect website functionality.

4.1 Pre-Project Cancellation: If cancelled before work begins, a full refund of any advance payment is issued within 14 business days.

4.2 Mid-Project Cancellation: Refunds are calculated based on completed milestones. Work completed and approved is non-refundable. Unused prepaid amounts for future milestones are returned.

4.3 Post-Completion: Services delivered and accepted are non-refundable. Defects or bugs in delivered work are addressed at no cost under the warranty period (30 days post-delivery).

4.4 Dispute Resolution: Refund requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected] within 30 days of the invoice date. Disputes are subject to mediation under Spanish law.

4.5 Force Majeure: TitanByteNetwork is not liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, or third-party service outages.
